GroupLeader Help: How to Access the Course Content

To gain access to the course content in the Learning System, you must first confirm that you purchased a license to the product.

An easy way to determine if you already have access to the course content is to look in the upper right corner of the screen.

  • If you see Access Manager next to the log out button, you do not yet have access to the course.
  • If you see a Choose Product drop-down menu next to the log out button, you have access to the course content. Clicking on the menu will allow you to toggle back and forth between the course content and the Access Manager tool.

 

If you need to give yourself access to the course (by doing so, you will consume a license for the product):

  1. Start by viewing the user list (will still logged in as a group leader).
  2. Select your name.
  3. Under Product Access, select the Learning System and click Save. This will grant you access to the course content.

 

As a group leader you can log in by one of two ways:

  • After checking the Learning System box and clicking Save, you can stay logged in as a group leader and access your account. In the upper-right corner of your screen you will see the Choose Product drop-down menu. Click on the menu and select the Learning System. This will take you to the online portion of the Learning System. Use this menu to toggle between the course and your group leader screens.
  • Click on the link in the Learning System invitation e-mail you receive and create a separate user account from your group leader account. Follow the instructions provided.
